1. Payment before booking creation
The full amount is paid online before the booking is created. If the payment fails, no booking is recorded.
Full payment terms
This version applies to public bookings that are confirmed only after full online payment. The booking is created only after Stripe confirms the payment.
2. Confirmation and proof
Once the payment is validated, the booking is stored together with a snapshot of the payment mode used at checkout.
3. Changes and refunds
If a change is accepted by the team, a full or partial refund may be issued by the administration depending on the booking situation.
4. Cancellation
Cancellation requests must be sent as early as possible. The refund granted depends on the booking situation, the notice period before the activity, and the commercial decision validated by Langevin Adventure.
