A perfect introduction to canyon progression and aquatic hiking

Located in the heart of the Wild South, at the foot of the village of Grand Galet in the municipality of Saint-Joseph, the Langevin canyon, also called Petit Galet, reserves an unforgettable playful and aquatic adventure for you!

The descent of this river offers an introduction to canyon progression techniques: ziplines, slides, jumps (never compulsory), river swimming, with the possibility of small rappels.

This aquatic hike in Reunion is ideal for discovering canyoning gently, in crystal-clear water from volcanic sources.

One of the unique features of this canyon — and what makes it accessible to everyone — is that it is entirely adaptable to all levels! Nothing is compulsory, everything is avoidable, and you can stop whenever you want.

But for the more motivated, you can chain higher and higher jumps, repeat the slides in a loop, and even venture into secret passages under waterspouts...

It is the perfect canyon for heterogeneous groups: families, groups of friends, associations, corporate committees, or even a stag or hen party!

And to top it all off, you will be immersed in lush vegetation made of longoses, zats, jamrosas, pepper trees with pink berries, ferns and mosses, typical of this wild and rainy area of the South.

If some in your group have apprehension, this canyon is ideal for a first approach. And if you have young dare-devils in your team, don't worry: the instructor will adapt the route with more sporty variants… even if it pushes them to their limit.

Finally, if you want to discover this spectacular valley with a higher level of technicality and sensation, head to the Grand Galet canyon!
We set out with 5 people minimum, but even with 2, check the schedule, sign up in advance… and we'll form a group together!
