What to bring
Swimsuit, lace-up trainers, shorts and t-shirt for the walk, a light fleece in winter, a snack and a bottle of water.
More information
Mini Fleur canyon runs over half a day. It is especially suited to guests with strong apprehension, children or large groups.
After gearing up and the briefing at the parking area, the ascent to the canyon follows a small steep trail and then a scree slope, leading to the mini via ferrata, technically easy. Its airy panoramic setting puts you in the mood right away.
At that point there are 2 options: a light version by the trail, or a spicier one via a 40-metre spider rappel.
The wetsuits are put on at the canyon entrance, next to a pool with jumps and a slide.
The first rappel in the canyon is a dry 12 metres, with the option of a jump at the end. After passing under the waterfall, we take a small 5-metre slide, a small jump and then a long slide-rappel where the rope length can be shortened as much as you like.
Then comes the grand finale: a 32-metre rappel done either in the active water or more easily dry. This leads into the large "swallows" pool, where an 8-metre jump is possible.
There is almost no return walk, since the parking area is only 2 minutes away. This canyon is a true first taste of Fleur Jaune.
Approach 40 min, optional 40 m spider rappel, 15 m rappel, optional jumps, swimming, slide, 20 m slide-rappel, 35 m rappel, optional 8 m jump
