An online booking is a firm request. The booking holder must provide accurate information for themselves and for all participants.
Terms and conditions
These terms govern booking requests made through the website. They explain request validation, the information that must be shared with the group, and cancellation rules.
2. Group information
The booking holder must share the real difficulty, duration, price, meeting point and meeting time, as well as all safety instructions provided by Langevin Adventure.
3. Cancellation and changes
Any change or cancellation request must be sent as early as possible. Financial consequences depend on the payment mode applied to the booking and on the notice period before the activity.
4. Attendance and safety
The guide may refuse participation if equipment, physical condition or behaviour would put the group at risk. In that case, the applicable cancellation rules still apply.
